We run conferences where your industry meets.

We produce our own international conferences from start to finish for leaders in healthcare, education, enterprises, startups and AI.

01
Our international conferences
We manage conference production from planning through delivery.

Our events team designs, sells and runs our own international conferences. We bring together the people leading healthcare, education, enterprises, startups and the AI economy. The practice sits alongside our technology work, with its own program and production requirements. We do not sell event management to other companies. Our events practice follows the same management standards as the rest of the group, with defined conference outcomes and performance measures.

We establish the audience, what delegates should gain and the cost of bringing them together early, in writing. Each conference has a fixed date, so unclear decisions create unnecessary spending. One plan coordinates the program with the venue and partners, delegate acquisition and production. A single critical path sets the sequence of work, from the first agenda draft through the final follow up, so every team knows what needs to happen when.

We limit the number of sessions so they can be chaired well. Partners are fewer and more relevant. A shorter reception schedule leaves more time for conversation, creating a well run conference and relationships that continue for months after the event has ended.

How we plan and produce conferences

AudienceProgramPartnersEvent deliveryAfter conferences
01

Audience. We start each conference by deciding who it needs to bring together.

We define the audience by role and sector, and the problems they face this year. These choices determine the theme, city, capacity and spending limit. We calculate the remaining requirements from those decisions.

02

Program. We select each session with care.

We build keynotes, panels and workshops around the audience's current questions. We choose speakers for their experience and brief them thoroughly. Chairs actively keep each session focused on the question it needs to answer.

03

Partners. We choose sponsors and exhibitors for delegate relevance before invoice value.

We choose partners delegates would want to meet anyway. This keeps the exhibition useful and lets partners assess the value of renewing against their audience fit.

04

Event delivery. One lead directs the event.

We coordinate venue, production, registration, hospitality and floor management under one plan. One accountable lead makes decisions on site. Delegates get a well run conference without having to see or deal with the work behind it.

05

After conferences. The conference continues to deliver value after it ends.

We publish session content and assign owners and dates to follow up on introductions. Before planning the next edition, we debrief to decide which activities to repeat or stop.

The practice

We manage each service through its specialist practice.

Nine parts of our conference production

01
Audience and theme

We document the audience, subject and central question for that year's conference before making a commitment to book a venue.

02
Program curation

We design agendas, keynotes and panels, with chairs who keep each session focused on its question.

03
Speaker sourcing and care

We choose practitioners and leaders for their experience, then brief and rehearse them, providing care on event day.

04
Partnerships and sponsorship

We choose sponsors and exhibitors for their relevance to delegates, setting clear terms before either party signs anything.

05
Delegate acquisition

We attract delegates in relevant roles and measure attendance achieved by campaigns, rather than clicks.

06
Venue and production

We specify venue selection, contracts, staging, sound, lighting and screens in detail.

07
Registration and hospitality

We handle ticketing, arrivals, directions and hotels, with networking arrangements that support conversations.

08
Conference delivery

We direct the show and schedule, with one decision maker present from setup through dismantling.

09
Content and followthrough

We record and publish sessions, follow up introductions and assess results against the original conference purpose.

Working together

Speaking, sponsorship and attendance

“Our company needs an event produced.”

We only produce conferences we own. Keeping ownership means the program is never for sale, and we do not run events for other organizations. Your company can reach our audiences in four ways: speak, sponsor, exhibit or attend. Our events team will explain which option suits your company and its needs.

“We need to know who attends.”

Our delegates run hospitals and health systems, schools and universities, enterprises, funds and technology teams. They include founders building companies those organizations buy from. Each edition targets specific senior roles so you meet peers with relevant responsibilities. That matters more than filling every seat.

“Conference locations and frequency”

We hold editions across Asia, the Middle East and North America, sharing the calendar with registered delegates and partners. We rebuild each program around that year's questions instead of repeating previous editions.

“We would like to join the program.”

Write a short note to our events team explaining your work and who it served. Include the question you would like delegates to discuss. Our curators assess proposals against that year's central topic. We give you a clear answer on whether your proposal fits the program.

“Conferences seem separate from a technology group's other work.”

Our other practices hear directly from the people running organizations we build for at these conferences. Those discussions identify real client problems for AI consulting, engineering and staffing to address. Our events practice manages its own work and operating targets, while giving other practices that direct understanding of clients.

Questions

Questions about our international conferences

Does RNF Technologies offer event management services?

No. At RNF Technologies, we produce our own international conferences. We do not provide event management for other organizations. You can participate in an edition as a speaker, sponsor, exhibitor or attendee through our events practice.

What kinds of conferences does RNF Technologies produce?

We produce conferences for leaders in healthcare, education, enterprises, startups, investment and the AI economy. Each edition serves specific professional roles and addresses their questions for that year through keynotes and panels, workshops and structured opportunities to meet other delegates.

Where are the conferences held?

We hold conferences across Asia, the Middle East and North America. Registered delegates and partners receive the dates and cities before each conference cycle.

How can my company sponsor or exhibit?

Tell our events team how your company fits the audience and what you want to achieve by participating. We select partners for delegate relevance and provide clear terms before you sign any agreement.

How do I apply to speak?

Write a short note to our events team about your work, who it served and the question you want delegates to discuss. Our curators choose sessions around the year's central topic. You will receive a clear answer on whether your proposal fits.

Why does a technology group run conferences?

Our conferences let the group's other practices hear directly from the people who run the organizations we build for. We learn about their current problems through those discussions. The events practice works to its own operating targets, while helping the rest of the group identify useful work to take on for clients.
