We know which questions to ask in order to reach a better understanding of the positions to be filled. Telephonic conversations with candidates to investigate their interest in the job and thereafter, evaluating their skills. Candidates who are found suitable are then called for a face-to-face interview.
Face-to-face-interview enables our recruiters to analyze candidates in terms of interpersonal skills, technical skills, and communication skills. For a thorough evaluation of every candidate, a recruiter will often be joined by another one. Every candidate must know about the company for which he is being interviewed, so we organize a presentation featuring a brief intro of the company, projects successfully completed, and corporate culture the candidate can look forward to be a part of.
A file containing the resume of the selected candidates and a short report of how they did in the face-to-face interview, salary expectations, and joining availability would be sent to the client.
We check whether the interests of both the candidate and the client meet or not and whether they would be a solution to each other's problem. This filters the search even more.
Based on the results of the first and second interview and if the client wants us to, we can conduct tests to check the technical abilities of candidates. We can also conduct personality tests with the help of external providers.
References checks are initiated when a candidate is given the final nod by the client. The client can check references by themselves or they can hire a third-party to do it on their behalf.
We work with both the client and the candidate to make sure that the entire process is carried out smoothly, resulting in greater chances of success.
We continually conduct follow-up with candidates and clients. Clients are informed about the status of the search on a regular basis and candidates are updated on the next step of the process.
